License and Content Ownership

The Company grants you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to view the Content on our Online Services for the sole purpose of obtaining information. Indemnification

Resolving Disputes

No Class Actions

Governing Law and Termination

You agree that the law of the State of Florida governs these Terms and any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida. We may cancel, suspend, or block your use of the Online Services at any time, without cause and/or without notice.
